Presentation College is pleased to announce the addition of Pat O’Brien to Saints football’s coaching staff. Coach O’Brien is the team’s Defensive Coordinator. The inaugural season of Saints Football begins fall, 2011. The Saints first Division III home football game is September 3, 2011.
Coach O’Brien earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education / Safety Education from Salem College in Salem, West Virginia. He spent the last 11 seasons as Head Football Coach for Sickles High School in Tampa, Florida. Joining Coach O'Brien in Aberdeen this July are his wife, Carla, and daughter, Cassidy, who will attend Aberdeen Central High as a sophomore. “I am very excited to add a coach of Pat’s caliber to our staff. He has been an assistant coach at the college level, a successful head coach at the high school level and is a man of integrity. Coach O’Brien comes from a family of coaches, he’s always been around the game of football and really enjoys sharing his knowledge with student-athletes,” said Head Coach Andy Carr. “We will also draw on Pat’s experience of starting the football program at Sickles High School.”
