Spanier Sets Goals Record

The record for goals scored in a season was broken during the 2009 campaign. Sophomore Brandon Spanier's 11 goals surpassed Collin Heupel's old record of 10. Two of his 11 goals went down as game winners and Spanier also added two assists to his tally. After only two seasons, Brandon is sitting in 4th place on the career goals list. Preston Buechler ('04-'07) holds the mark with 26 goals.
