Local Hardballer Joins Saints Baseball

Presentation College and Head Baseball Coach, Alex Ferguson, are pleased to announce that Chad Ellingson has committed to play baseball for the Saints. The 2010 Aberdeen Central graduate comes to Presentation as an outfielder and pitcher and has been a two year starter for Aberdeen Smitty’s.
“I am very excited to have Chad join our team,” remarks Coach Ferguson. “Chad will compete for time as an outfielder and see some innings on the mound. He will not only be an asset on the field, but in the classroom as well.”
The son of Terry and Susan Ellingson of Aberdeen, SD, Chad will be studying Business while attending Presentation College. Chad’s brother, Ryan, was a four year starter for the Saints Baseball Team.
